Tomorrow, my squad will be saying goodbye to all of our different ministry’s and moving somewhere else. We have been so blessed here in Turrialba and couldn’t ask for more! The people, the culture, and the church have all been amazing! It will be a sad goodbye for sure.
I’m not usually the person who is opposed to change but this one will be tough. Knowing the bakery lady that all the girls talk to and love on every day might not have that when we leave is hard. Knowing that the addicts that walk down the street might not have someone to share hope with them or pray over them is hard.
But also knowing, when we leave we are leaving some of the Lords love here with the people we have shared him with. Believing that he has this town and these streets in his hands. Believing, while keeping this town in our prayers, that wherever we go to next he will send people to share his love his. Believing that this church will continue representing a kingdom lifestyle and living out everyday for the Lord.
The Lord is changing lives, my walk with him is growing more than I could have imagined, and having a team that came in as friends and is leaving as sisters is just a few things that the Lord is working on. I can’t wait to share with you where the Lord brings us next. Don’t limit the Lord he will exceed every expectation!
Sara, it has been so great to see and hear how your team has transformed from friends to sisters and into the family that you have become. We will continue to pray for you and your team as you move into your next ministry!!! Keep up the awesome work you are doing and thank you for your faithfulness in sharing Christ to those around you!!
